Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchaser. We will readily accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags on, unworn, and accompanied by their original packaging.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, simply fill out the exchange portion of your packing slip, including the item you would like instead. Alternatively, you can place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.

How to Ship Returns

Please send your prepaid and insured returns by a traceable method of shipment. A shipping label is provided on the lower portion of your packing slip.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment credit card upon receipt of the item, minus the original shipping fee. After the item is received, please allow 5 business days for credit issuance. The time taken for the credit to show on your account is dependent upon your credit institution.
